Taxi for customers service has such incapable and inefficient people to handle escalations. I have been a regular user and there have been months that I have used cabs daily. I am not sure why since 11th of feb I am unable to book cabs. I thought it is due to unavailability.
But from last week I have following up and trying to figure is to why I am unable to book cabs. I learnt that I AM BEEN BLOCKED AND TAXI FOR SURE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO BOOK TAXi. Have spoken to multiple times to call centre, email and on twitter no proper response. I spoke to sheila last week and she said it will be resolved in 24hrs and till date no resolution.
And I was also told by shree harsha. This man is pain in a wrong place. Lot of negative attitude and head height. He should understand we as a customers have created a job opportunity to him and customers are the way of his better and butter. He committed this morning that he will call me with an update by 630pm today but no call no show. Such a incapable inefficient and sensless moron unable to fix a simple issues. I have multiple issues with taxi for not sure.
Bad customer services.
