Hired it listening to others and doomed totally. I wish I had checked the reviews from this site. The driver called me the previous day of trip and gave me his details. The next day there was another guy to take us for the trip, reached by 6:30 am. The car was stinking from inside and there were no covers on the seat. He took us to a different route to rectify the done. We started our journey post that. Stopped at a restaurant some 40 kms away from my place but we traveled 55 kms and 4 hrs. as well to reach there.
We had breakfast and thought of continuing the journey asap. The car didn’t start. The driver tried a lot but he coudn’t make it up. Finally called the customer care and described the situation. They again promised another cab within 25 mins. It never reached ever even after a long wait of 1.45 hrs to be precise. Finally we took another local cab service then and there.
My personal recommendation, don’t ever think of taking the service of TFS, atleast in Bangalore.
