Booked a cab for 1st october 2014. But I get a message 30min before d agreed time stating.
"Uh oh! Looks like the driver might be late! We are trying to get you another taxi. Cant wait? You can give a missed call to+918033013353 to cancel the trip."
I called up. N the call centre guy tells I wil get the taxi at 5:20 am(5min delayed than the agreed time). I asked them to sms the driver details. But after disconnecting the call. No sms received. It was very irritating. And made me further angry.when I again called up call centre. They said. we can provide hatchback instead of sedan. Since I needed the taxi badly. I agreed. But again after 10min. I get the apology sms.
TAXI NOT FOR SURE, ACCORDING TO ME.

However. IIM se yahi expected tha. Cant do anything in perfect way.
