TaxiForSure is 100% Taxi -for-Un-sure. if you really don’t want to put yourself in trouble don’t book in TaxiForSure. they are just un-realiable and doesn’t bother about commuters and their urgency and importance to travel. My wife booked a cab two days before(on 15th Jan) to travel on 17th Jan(Today-saturday) to ensure that a cab is secured on the day of travel.
On booking there was a confirmation mail that you driver details will be sent 30 mins before the pickup timeThe pick up time was 17th Jan 8:30am from Hebagodi, .no SMS of driver details were sent till 8:30 am, when she called up the customer care they said wait for 15 mins the cab will come. Nor the driver details nor the cab arrived in another half an hour till then it was 9:15 am.
My wife had to go to DPS for parent teachers meeting, it was scheduled at 9:30 am and to travel there it will take another 30m mins from hebagodi. when further she enquired they said they don’t have any cab at the moment and asked for Apology. Do you think these guys are professional, Shame on them.
She was unable to make any decision what can be done- it was very embarrassing and disappointing, booking a new cab with any other agency will take another 30-45 mins. Luckily my friend who stays near by dropped her to school. Thanks to him and it was Saturday he was at home.so guys please don’t book any cab from TAXIFORSURE particularly if you have any important appointment.they are very very very unreliable. for your reference I am posting the url below that was provided to track the details to check the driver details which was not provided ever. rest is your fate and destiny.
