This is the third class service. It was the mistake I made by booking this taxi even after reading bad reviews on the net about this.
I booked a taxi in the morning to go for railway station at 7 pm. I got a message your taxi is confirmed. They said me they will send the cab details half an hour before the journey, but did not do so. I tired to call their call center number but thats of no use as no one will answer.
I waited till 7 pm and then had to carry all my heavy luggage and search for another taxi. I could not reach in time to the station and missed my train. Never go for this.
