People who want to rely on transportation service to reach from one place to another should definitely avoid TAXIFORSURE.
I have booked a CAB on 15th October 2015 early morning for a ride to RailwayStation @ 5PM in the evening. in order to avoid confussion, I called up the customer care and booked the taxi. The taxi was confirmed and the driver was available for pickup. I even got confirmation SMS and the driver details through SMS. Even I got SMS saying that the TAXI has ARRIVED @ your home @ 4:55PM. BUT, when I called the driver after 5 PM(as taxi didn’t arrive), he said that he cancelled the trip.
My train was @ 6:00 PM and I didn’t have time for arranging other taxi. I repetedly called up customer care and that guy told that "PLEASE ARRANGE ANOTHER SERVICE" or wait 30 minutes. The customer care person is so ignorant and arrogant that I felt that the service was given to me for FREE. I missed the train because of this stupid service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO YOU THEIR SERVICE. IT is not Service, it is only APP.
DONT BOOK TAXI FOR SURE AGAIN
