I called the service center to book a cab as I couldn’t download the app that moment, these people after specifically reconfirming my pick up address twice confirm me a taxi. I was told the taxis were available only after 5pm(i had called at 3.30pm), I didn’t mind waiting as I desperately needed a cab! After waiting for almost 2 hours and calling the service center twice I get driver details on text msg, and I am told that driver will reach in 10 minutes. After complete 2 hours waiting, driver calls up and refuses and states that he cannot pick me from destination as it is out of the region he drives in(Delhi ncR)
I asked where he was then, driver says 8 km away from my pick up place! Like really he couldn’t drive another 8 more kms. I questioned that was he not given my address- he said he just realised he can’t come this far! Like really after 2 hours of waiting I am refused for a cab!. I make numerous calls to service center and they all refuse, I talk to some manager Jaikishen, who was of no help, by this time it’s 6pm and I get NO CAB! BY time driver says only if he starts his meter before picking me up is only when can he come! Now how is he allowed - even this manager has no answer! Nobody helps! After 3 hours I make alternate arrangements! Beware of these people, they want to flees money and can leave you stranded without a conveyance!
