I had asked for the vehicle at Chennai Central at 11.45 am, but the train was late by an hour. The driver contacted me on my cell and I requested him to wait till 12.45 pm as the train was running late. He was very polite and said no problem. We came out at around 12.40 pm and called him he came promptly at the pick up point outside the station and even helped in keeping the baggage in the boot.
The best part was he did not charge anything extra for waiting period. I was delighted with his overall attitude, I would definitely prefer their services for my next travel whenever required. A note of special appreciation to Mr. Sathya Raj, the cab driver. The fare he charged was exactly as per their informed rate - nothing extra.
