Even I faced the same problem twice with TaxiforSure. I have booked the taxi 24 almost 20 hours prior. My pickup was at 7:30 AM morning on 01st December 2014. Initially they sent me SMS, regarding the driver details at 7:15 am. When I called the dr
iver he told that my pickup is cancelled for him and another driver will come to pick me up. Later I got another driver details, when I called him he told that my pick up is at 8:00 AM and he is not aware of the place to pick me up. After giving him the directions he reached to pick me up at around 8:40.
Unfortunately, when I have booked the return journey also with Taxiforsure and this time I have not received any taxi at all. When I called they informed me that they will send me the taxi with an hour delay.
Later they called me and told that there are no cabs available for the next 2 hours and they will send the cab if I can wait for another 2 hours.
I did not find any issues with ’Taxiforsure’ in Bangalore. The worst ever service I had in Hyderabad.
