I was using taxiforsure regularly past 3 months on daily basis, and today they have shown what they are. They have deducted excess of money from my wallet and had to settle the driver from my pocket. Its better not to refill our account with cash since they deduct cash with out our knowledge and now when we reach their so called customer service, they will put the blame on us. They don’t have the manners how to speak with clients, and astonishing thing is that they shut the phone on our face, really awesome experience.
My sincere thanks to Ms Adlin for not understanding my issue and speaking rudely to me and Mr Vimal for making me wait for a long time and promising a callback with in 48 hours. Superb.
Folks - I would recommend not to use such services since they dont even care about servicing the clients.
