I booked a cab from taxiforsure.com for 21st Feb for 5:45 pm, from Brookfields to Majestic Railway station. (TFS-PP-C1158343) I never got any details of the cab, even after calling 5-6 time between 5:15 pm to 5:55 pm.
Every time I used to call I got a reply that the cab is on its way and will take 5-10 minutes, until at 5:55 pm finally they told me that the cab is not available until 6:30 pm.
I had to take an auto. I was traveling with my wife and 2 kids with luggage. Imagine the inconvenience it had caused me.
For sure I am not going to use taxiforUNsure ever again. And I advise everybody to stay away from them, unless you want to get screwed up.
Better try olacabs.com. It is far better than taxiforUNsure and almost comparable fares.
