With all the funding TFS has, is this the best you are doing with it? Every single time Ive booked TFS, I was left fuming due to one reason or the other. Even if the quality of your mobile app is sub standard, the training of drivers I guess doesnt even exist. Is there any such concept as grooming at TFS? Any tom, dick and harry is your driver.
They dont even know how to ask directions, will hand over the phone to passersby to make the customers talk to them? Are you even aware what kind of market response you are generating? Your review system is so poor, theres no concept of rating. But a fancy named girl would send u a text at the end of the trip to give a missed call. What BS is this? Seriously please get your house in order if you want to continue to be in business. I had expected your services to get better after Ola acquired you but its still as abysmal as ever.
I would rate TFS as undoubtedly the worst taxi service I know, even Meru has evolved. My mornings are ruined by Taxi for sure. For once, look at others if you want to sustain. This 49 rs ride is going to last for you know how long. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
