I had refilled my account, wallet Refill, as I had couple trips with my family in 3 different cities, instead paying money every time, I thought wallet option would be better one.
Unfortunately, after my trip the money is not deducted & driver demands money. I get an sms please pay money.
Taking the assistance at customer care, they would hang the call as they are clueless as how to support or fix there technical issue.
I called couple of times, every time had the same issue, people hang the phone due to technical Gap.
These guys have earlier, failed to deliver service on Time, neither they inform in advance nor give us alternate option, at 11th hour they screw your happiness on our travel plan.
Issue is how to get my money back?
