It was not first time i was using tfs. Earlier experience was ok, so I made another booking. I used their service recently to go to railway station which is about 30 kms from my house. The vehicle was on time. But the vehicle they sent was pathetic & horrible. It was an indica car, which did not run beyond 40 km/hour, the car was noisy & stinking. It was also smelling of diesel. The entire journey of 2 hours in Bangalore traffic was additional nightmare because of their car.
It was a junk yard. While in the car, I also called and complained and they did not do anything. Just like all, made false promises. Hiring a less noisy auto or travel by volvo bus would have been a better decision.
Please do no use this service, unless you want a noisy rides or unless they improve & check their vehicles.
