Booked a cab in Bangalore 24 hours ahead of time, for a trip to the train station. 30 min before the booked time, got the driver details by sms. But the driver never came, the driver mobile was switched off. Left me high and dry at 10.30pm scrambling to find some alternative to get transport to reach train on time. called the customer service and his only answer was "at this time they are unable to provide a service"
If they had informed that they cannot provide a cab 1 hr before, I would have had time to arrange alternate transport. Deleted the app from my mobile. will never use them again. Is there a mechanism to file a complaint in consumer forum for the deficiency in service?
