Worst Experience of My Life!

Hi,

Worst! Worst! Worst! I would say pathetic!

I have booked a cab for Bangalore to Coorg, 7AM on 29th March 2014. I got the confirmation message that I will get the contact details of driver 30 minutes ago but that didn’t happened.

I woke up early and waiting for them till 7:30 AM, tried to reach their customer care but nobody responds.

Beware! Never ever use TAXIFORSURE! They are worst in everything. The guy who manages customer care is very rude as well.

Friends, please avoid it or else you will suffer. Better to book a local cab!
