Taxi for sure
Hi all , I was travelling from bhopal to mumbai on 11th jan 2018 for my job interview , I booked the cab at mumbai airport and the driver said he will be arriving in 10 minutes but I kept waiting and he didn’t come . I kept calling but he didn’t pick my call .Then I booked another cab from taxi for sure , which came in 15 minutes. I had to travel from airport to bandra for my interview .
Approximate fare was around 700 rupees , as soon as the time passed and he drove to my interview location I was new to the place and I don’t know which root he took , he took 1.5 hours to reach there . When I dropped off the he asked me for some extra money saying he did extra efforts . I asked for the meter pricing and I was shocked to see that the meter pricing was 1350 rupees . I was stuck in the middle of the road quarelling with the driver . As it showed in the meter I had to pay him so did I .
That night I called customer care of taxi for sure and told them the incident , they said they will respond and give me my money back .Its been more than 25 days today and there is no response .
Please don’t use this cab service , they just want to rob you .
