I would have missed my flight, such bad services. I had to fight so much to get a taxi for a booking done 1 day in advance. That too I got only when I told them I am a lawyer and will sue them, Never use this services especially for airport transfer.
On regular basis they are cancelling bookings with no intimation. If they don’t have enough taxis- You should not book only. Its not good to leave customer surprised and angry by end moment cancellation. Take an auto better cos finally after being cancelled u have to take auto only.
