I did a booking for 5th Dec 2014 from Home to Railway station. Just 30 mins before the travel time, received a message that Taxi would late. We called up call center to understand where the Cab is, they are also not sure, however they said we would get message every 5-10 mins regarding status. We continued getting delay message and Taxi never turned up. We wait 15 mins post the time given and had to take a Auto to station.
