Ignorant customer care people...I actually can’t write too long...but the thing is that..hire it if you want to be tortured. Worst service provider in the market.
The time at which the cab arrived (arrived 1 hr late from pick up time)to the time I got down, it was horrible, asking for excess money all the way, driver even calling that come its too long now...hahah...can u imagine...(actually I took a 2 full day outstation package from Chennai)...too much to write....but on the whole it was my first experience with them and it was horrible!
