First experience with TaxiForSure was a nightmare for me and my wife.
No taxi…. No Surety of any pickup …. This is what happened with me
We booked 8 hour 80 KM taxi with “TaxiForSure” with a booking reference number “TFS-IN-C4141467”
I got the following SMS’s:

“Thanks! 8h80km booking TFS-IN-C4141467 @ 1:30 p.m., Oct. 30, 2014 is confirmed. Trip details 30mins prior.T&C apply. Get our app @ https://tfs.my/app”

“We’re so happy to have you as a customer that we just upgraded your car for this ride, at the same rates!:) TaxiForSure.com”

8h80km).Rs.15.00/km, Rs.100.00/hr thereafter. Toll, Parking, State Permit extra.”
After these 3 SMS’s Driver called me up and I explained him the exact location and how to reach at that place
There after I received this 4th SMS

“Beep Beep! Your taxi has arrived. Our drivers run on a tight schedule. Please don’t make this one wait for over 15 minutes. Happy journey! –TaxiForSure”
But there was no taxi and driver phone was unreachable. I tried to call at least 20-30 times but failed to get connected(seemed he intentionally took out battery from phone).
I contacted customer care number but got only false assurance from them that they will get back to me in 5-10 minutes.
They(customer care of TaxiForSure) did not call me even for next 15 min. I again called back to them but the response was same.
So Guys …. What a worst quality of service.
First experience itself was horrifying.
I am writing this review while traveling in another cab. Already late for an important meeting.
