Taxi4sure is a pathetic taxi provider. They dont consider customer’s time of booking even they are not bothered if customer got the cab or not . They will book your cab and they will send you details, driver will call you and deny to come to your place. They wont confirm if I have got a cab or not. customer care not reacheable.
After some time I have to book a new cab for my home in the night.
Second instance, I booked a cab, I got confirmation msg, but there is no details of drivers till my time of booking . called up customer care to get a confirmation, they said we are sending details in next 5 min and taxi will be there in 15 min. again no response. Then I have try another vendor for txi which provided me taxi in one hr.
After one hr I got a msg of driver and saying we have upgraded your booking to sedan.
I asked driver to cancel as he was asking me for the pickup place. Taxi even didnt reached my [pickup point . now I got a message from taxiforsure saying pay rs 49 to driver for waiting.
Never book a cab from taxi4sure. They arent reliable.
