I live in Kalyananagar. I had to board a bus at 10 PM at Gandhinagar. Booked’TAXI FOR SURE’ at 8.30 pm. these guys did not send any driver info, after which when I called the customer care they said it will reach it 10 mins.
I waited till 8.45 and finally when I called them back they say’WE WILL BE DELAYED FOR ANOTHER 30 MIN AFTER WHICH SURELY THERE WILL BE A CAB BY YOUR DOORSTEP, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!’
These were the exact words by the executive when I clearly mentioned that I need to board my bus at 10 and if you guys can not provide me the service please let me know so that I can think of some other option.
Bravo for the guts with which you guys conveniently lie and cheat on your customers.Finally I had to take an auto.
In the niche of time I reached. who said you cant trust autowalas in Bangalore!
Thanks to this autowala who rode me safe to my destination in the middle of the night.
