I have booked Indica cab before 6 hours of pick up time to drop to Blore Rly Station and received the booking confirmation details. However, just before 30-45 mins of pick-up time received call from TaxiForSure and informed that they cannot send the cab and given the reason saying cab break down and there are no other alternative cab.
Customer support representative and their manager are not listening to my problem. However, they were just mentioning they cannot send the cab. Somehow, I tried my luck with different vendors and booked the cab by paying extra amount. This is my personal experience and pathetic.
I am not going to use this service next time onward. I would requests readers to re-verify their booking well in advance and if such circumstance exists then keep your backup plan ready.
