Highly unreliable! only 50% of the rides I have had with them so far were trouble-less. I live in Bangalore, with all fanfare and news of big investments, I switched to TFS a month ago. I’m someone who travels a lot, and here is my account of experience so far.
1) First ride - The mobile app of the driver stopped working and I got a handwritten receipt
2) Though you provide exact location through GPS Coordinates, somehow the cabbies keep calling you for directions. Especially an irritant for an early morning flight, and your entire family wakes up with the repeated number of calls by the cabbies. Why can’t they use the same GPS Coordinate one uses while booking?
3) I booked a cab in Hyderabad, and 2 people called me and said will pick me up. I was finally confused as to who is calling, and guess what? None showed up!
4) I tried booking a cab through their app says sorry, someone will contact you soon. And then got 2 SMS of confirmation for all my booking attempts(of each separate category of cars, as I wasn’t finding success in the first attempt)
5) I called their callcenter to cancel it. The guy there was laughing while talking to me, when I asked him how reliable your service is(He was probably laughing at some other joke, but that kind of irked me)
