WRONG WAY OF MENTIONING FARE AND MISLEADING ADVERT

I FILLED UP LEAN100 COUPON CODE AND TOOK A RIDE BUT AT THE END OF RIDE I NEED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT. NO DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN TO ME.


SIMILARLY ON OTHER OCCASSION, I FILLED UP COUPON CODE KOL50. AGAIN THE SAME THING REPEATED. NO DISCOUNT GIVEN TO ME.


THEY ARE GIVING MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT AND WRONG OFFER THEY NEVER INTEND TO GIVE AND GULLIABLE PASSENGERS LIKE US ARE FALLING VICTIM TO THEIR ULTERIOR DESING TO FLUSH OUT THE CUSTOMERS.


YOU SHOULD BOOK TAXIFORSURE ONLY AFTER CONSIDERING THAT YOU NEED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT AND NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU.


BESIDES THEY SAY BASE FARE WHICH IS ALSO MINIMUM FARE. SAY FOR SEDAN THEY SAY Rs.75/- IS MINIMUM FARE. NOW IF I WENT FOR 22 K.M. THEN MY FARE SHOULD INLCUDE 75/- WITHIN IT AS PER UNDERSTANDING AND INTERPRETATION OF THEIR CONTENT HOWEVER THEY CHARGE Rs.75/- IN ADDITION TO BASE FARE. THIS IS ALSO A WRONG PRACTICE. THEY SHOULD CLEARLY MENTION THAT THIS MINIMUM FARE WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA IN THE EVENT YOUR FARE BILL AMOUNTS TO MORE THAN 75/-. MY NUMBER IS 9830075312


IT IS VERY SURPRISING THAT I WANTED TO GIVE TWO STAR BUT MOUTHSHUT.COM SAYS THIS REVIEW DESERVES THREE STAR RATING AND ACCORDINGLY I HAVE TO GIVE THREE STAR ONLY, BUT IT DESERVES TWO STARS ONLY.
