Their service sucks.
Booked taxy for airport. Scheduled departure at 8AM, 3rd Jan 2015. TFS-AT-C7486354. Didn’t get message 15 mins before. Called up no. and got driver details Prakasha: Mo: 9900050002. Called him. He didn’t pick up. Sent message and again called him. He said he is at Srinagar and will come in 15 mins. by 8.25 still didn’t get any taxy or call and called him again.
His mobile was switched off. Called up taxyfor sure no. again. The person said we will arrange two sedans at the same price. I refused as my baggage will not fit in. He said please hold the line and was gone for 10mins! At 8.40 I disconnected and booked olacabs. Called up again taxyfor sure for giving feedback at 8.45 and another driver named Mani: 9964080503 called me and offered to pick up.
I refused because by that time olacabs was already at my door step. I lost 45 mins because of this issue and most importantly they didn’t inform me of any change or unavailability and didn’t arrange for another one on time.
More over taxy from Olacabs came cheaper at Rs1253 for airport for Innova where as taxifor sure used to charge Rs1675/- for the same service.
