I used their services when they launched it in Ahmadabad. The first time experience was OK.
The second time onward when I tried calling them or used their app to book cab from Kankaria to Delhi gate, there was no response. waiting time as high as few hours.
The customer care was pathetic. During peak hours they don’t have cabs available then whats the use?
Not at all happy with their service & promises.
