Over charged for Rs.200

I have taken a ride on 07/10/2015 from mehdipatnam to RGI airport. My wallet is filled wuth Rs.150 & I was aware of this. On reaching the airport I asked the driver about the bill he said me, uts Rs.575 I told him how it can be this huge fare.


I told him I have Rs.150 in my wallet. Tell me the amount after deducting, he said no balance is showing in that. He lied at that time , I came to know about this later when I got the message from Taxiforsure. I raised the same issue with them on that evening & they had a talk over phone with me. I told them everthing about this incident & one more thing totally he took Rs.600( cash) & Rs.150( wallet money) from me. They agreed that it was a mistake from their driver & told me that the amount will.be credited back to your account as early as possible. But till now I didnt receive the same.


I have booked the cab to airport in the morning, the driver came on time & we reached the airport on time & upon asking about the bille, he told the amount, so I told him that I have Rs.150 in wallet which is linked to my Taxiforsure account & I told him to tell the amount after deducting the amount from my wallet. The driver told that I don’t know about Wallet what is this, why it is.I want my money for the trip.He started misbehaving with me.So, I paid him the full trip fare with Rs.100 as tip in cash.


But soon after I received the message with bill I was amazed to see that my wallet balance is Rs.0.So this lack of commom sense from the driver cost me Rs.150+ 100( tip) .For this instance I made a complaint with the Taxiforsure & received the call from them regarding this matter & they told that they had a talk with the driver & he accepted his mistake & Taxiforsure representative told me that we will be crediting your account with Rs.250 for this mistake from our driver.Weeks passed but till now my wallet isn’t credited for the same. Till now didnt received the amount
