]I want to share the nice experience with Taxsmile. The navigation is quite simple and ease of use. The charges are very nominal compared to what you pay through any tax consultant. You can pay the charges online using netbanking or credit card. But there are some minor bugs in the software. When you enter your fathers full name with space it doesn’t prompt you at that time. At the end, while clicking on the final submit button, it will crip "you missed to enter some personal details". It won’t tell you what detail also. So I have to call up the helpdesk to understand the issue.
I tried / registered with other products like myitreturn and few other chota ones, but I discontinued even after the registration process. The registration screen itself impressed me in Taxsmile. Would be a good consumer product, if the helpdesk is put more users and correct some minor issues in the flow. Apart from this small issue, all are very cool I would say. Happy filling with Taxsmile!
