Due to Indian taxation norms IT return filing is mandatory for people whose income is greater than 5L/annum.
In order to return my IT tax, unfortunately I zeroed taxsmile.com, The information and links in their website are quite confusing and I selected DO IT FOR ME plan thinking that they will review my return after my submission. later I found that there is no chance again to revert back to DO IT Yourself plan, since I don’t wanted to spend extra money only for filling the data which will be in Form -16.
Their Live chat agent initially promised change of plan but refused change of plan when I have asked about refund of difference amount( there is a variation of price in the plans).It seems TAXSMILE doesn’t have fair and proper governance policy enforced with them.They are like TAKE and runaway fellows never ever customer/user friendly.
They should remember the point that Customer is the king in the market, cheating and looting customer will definitely make them stand in foot path.
Wake up TAXSMILE! dont try to vanish smile from your customers face.
