We had Taxsmile person who marketed their services with impressive brochures and lot of pep talk. They had posted one person to collect the form 16 and other supporting docuemtns for offline IT return for us.
We were told that we will be getting our acknowledgement within one week. but I had to find and call the marketing person - not so easily reachable- to get an email of ITRV.
I was shocked that there was a gross error on the part of TAxsmile. My PAN card and name were correct but the address and income setails were of somebody else’s. Once again I had to talk to their helpline person who suggested me to anyway sign and send back the incorrect IT form with all the supporting docuement once again and these will then be refiled.
Now it is almost 3 weeks but I have yet to hear anything from them. I wd sincerely appeal to all of you NOT TO APPROACH Taxsmile. They can really mess things up at no fault of yours I am repenting giving my case to them.
