I endeavored to utilize the Taxsmile to file my ITR. Though the website had a good simple system to file ITR but my experience has been very bad. I had paid their fee through Net-banking. But they said that the Fee has not been paid.
Despite giving the Bank Statement and their repeated promises to refund the fee, they have not given the Refund. I have sent several reminders to them. They went on making false & fake promises for refund. But despite their making promises, they never fulfilled the same. Now they have stopped acknowledging the mails even.
Very very sad and bad experience with Taxsmile. I think they should change their name to Taxfraud.com. Taxpayer never use this site.
