I filed my ITR with taxsmile this year ’08 and its the end of the year I have not recieved my ITR acknowledgment.I had called them many times , they always ask for alternate address and always they answer me very politely"MAM your acknowledgement is with us". I dont know how many times I have to provide them address and my address is not a village that they are not able to reach.
Please dont rely on the TAXSMILE and file your returns with the give official site. The money I have spent on taxsmile and then on the phone calls WAS JUST A BIG LOSS. So if you dont want yourself get stuck and want yourself to wait for the wholetime for the acknowledgement of the biggest mistake(filing your returns with them) you did with taxsmile
Should we go nad collect acknowledemnet from their bombay office because as per their statements courier comes from bom bay...then its better to visit your nearest income tax office for filing your returns
