Never use their service anything other than for paying the tax, they are very unprofessional, put you in the trap of paying the fees upfront and don’t respond after that.They made me delay to respond to my income tax intimation as they said they are busy with preparing the tax, and asked me to check back after 2 months and when I asked them they asked me to pay the fees, I payed it and now they are saying they cannot do it and I have to do it myself and does not respond after that.
