Since I had income from securities I thought of availing their service this time FY13-14 n paid 1400 11/07/2014.Seriously pathetic service. They haven’t improved.
They claim they ll assign a dedicated CA to assist customer but seriously nothing like that happens.
We get mail only from support@taxspanner.com. They don’t have customer call cente.If you send mail, then u ll get reply after 1 day. Seriously you cant expect immediate actions.
Don’t go for them, waste of time and money. Find other TRP’s.
