I thoroughly regret having used taxspanner for filing my returns for AY 2013-14. You pay the amount expecting a decent experience with the filing. While the filing process is fairly ok, it totally sucks if you have to contact the support for any reason.
Firstly they are supposed to send intimations if any from IT which didn’t happen in my case. And when I informed them there is a problem with the e-filing done through them they want me to pay 700rs more for fixing the issue apart from the 250 rs I had already paid.
Note that there isn’t a problem with the income/ TDS data as everything matches with the data in Traces, it a problem with the filing for which I received an intimation from CPC under 139(9). Extremely poor customer support. I got more help from the govt helpdesk of CPC, e-filing.
To sum up, DO NOT use this phony service, the government e-filing site is quite good and reliable.
