This is similar to so many complaints I see on Amazon and on Mouthshut. Purchased from Amazon, there are dark lines on LED panel. The TV is under warranty, but support doesnt care. There is no escalation matrix.
Customer support members are total dumbos and they have no idea/steps to take the complaint to resolution. They keep you on hold for 15 minutes+ and never return to attend call.
Inspite of the fact that product is under warranty, they neither repair nor provide replacement. Absolutely pathetic attitude towards paying customers.
