TCL L32D2900 HD Ready is good only in terms of look. Looking at its specifications it is the worst television I have ever bought. The company has worked on its appearance but not on its features.
The first Impressions on this product was worse. The video seemed to be washed out. The display was not at all good. It seemed very poor in comparison to any other product at this price margin. I would not say much on sound as it was just average. But the picture or the video quality something you will get disappointed with. It doesn’t value for money at all.
But yes I would say that service and support from TCL has been good for me and yes they are responsive.
