Guys, many of you might have bad experiences with TCL TVs. Even I am also one among you. I bought this TV from Bahrain when I came to India on vacation. Since my dad and mom is going to use this, I didn’t want to be a very advanced model. Hence I chose this. We were using it by placing on to a table. Later when we wanted to fix it on the wall, the wall bracket I bought was the best quality. However when the screws were tightened with the TV back side, the plastic body quality was very poor and the 4th screw thread area broke away. After we fixed on to the wall, the sound reception has gone down further. I wanted to play my daughter’s birthday video on the TV by connecting USB. However it was not recognised. Later I copied to my hard disc nd played. This time it was playing. But when comparing the quality with my other TV of same price, this one was much inferior. I called the service center technician and he told me that this is the best quality their TVs have and nothing can be done to improve the sound. He advised us to buy some other brand with better quality on a higher price. I was really angry and called his supervisor and complained. He was also not giving proper responses to my complaints.
