Tea is good but I love coffee and love is blind

Guys.love is blind and I love coffee. Tea is good for health to a certain extent. Everybody knows about famous antioxidents found in tea which are good for health and stops cancer and aging(ladies not to the extent you want, but aging is a biological process in cells and antioxidents keep cells healthy for long). Tea as black tea, or green tea, I mean without milk is the healthy way to life, I do like light black or green tea and do take black tea with a little sugar. It replaces coffee in many places but as the aroma of coffee catches me I, spell bindedly,  move to it.Once in a while I go for green tea also.In summers I prefer tea to coffee. black tea also keeps your teeth healthy. Black tea between the meals, kills the germs in your teeth and keep them healthy.

Amount of caffeine is also less in tea as compared to coffee. So guys take tea and stay healthy, but what if love asks sacrifice?

I have been asked to write a longer review so I am adding more information to this review. May be a little comparison will be helpful.

The main concern is the amount of Caffeine. Definitely coffee has more caffeine. Amount of caffeine in the drink depends on how you made your coffee. Brewed coffee has maximum and instant has lowest. But I still have seen people saying that instant coffee is more harmful(i dont know the reason) Coffee has 47-164 mg/5ounce serving of caffeine. Black tea 25-110 mg of caffeine in a 5 ounce serving. Rest is to you, how much of water or milk do you add. Decafeinated tea and coffee are also available in market. This is a generalization, other wise exact contents vary in different reports.

Caffein is harmful, as of we know, but small amount of caffeine keep your circulation active and is helpful. But if you have high blood pressure, it can be harmful. There are conflicting reports about the benefits and harm. But as a generalization too much of anything is bad. A little does not hurt(checkout for high blood pressure and heart condition), but tea is definitely more healthier. TEA is good for

  1. has antioxidents which believe me are sold as antiaging tablets, (although we are not sure how good they are in large quantity). Anti oxidents keep the oxidizing agents from producing free radicals which are the main reason of cancer. These free radicals do attack the DNA to cause damage, which is the reason for carcinogenesis and aging is also related to similar biological activities. Antioxidents are available in fruits and vegetables but they are much more in tea, its about six time more then an apple(Apple is a good source of Antioxidents). There are other reports where oxidents are harmful like in strokes, brian damage is attributed to them and tea can prevent these damages.

  2. black tea is healthy for dental health. It kills the germs and keep your mouth clean. It a known medical fact. Recently it was published in Science(may be nature also, I just remember about the report but dont remember in which one) Try it.A cup of black tea(without milk) will make your mouth feel good, and another thing I liked about it is no after taste in mouth. This is mainly attributed to flouride available in tea. Coffee give stains to your teeth.

  3. Tea also supplies some other important ingredients. Its a good source of Zn, Mn and K. When taken with milk it provides all the necessary Ca, folic acid and vit B2 and B6.

  4. its also is a good way of fluid intake.

  5. High blood pressure and people with heart diseases are restricted on tea due to caffeine, but there are reports that regular intake of tea reduces the chances of the heart diseases to appear in a normal health person.

I could not come up for more useful information, other all information does not sound to me useful. So guys decided fact from me is that tea is more healthy, but as I said I love aroma of coffee. And one thing goes in favour of coffee, it does not contain nicotine, but tea does.
