A Strange Debate

Yes, this Tea Vs. Coffee is a strange debate. For me there is no *  either-or * question. I like both Tea and Coffee. It depends on the weather, season and time of the day. The first thing I take in the morning, after writing the Mouthshut Review at 7, is Tea . Two cups of hot * Lipton Green Label Tea with sugar and fresh lemon. Wherever I am in the world, I stick to this practice. Only the Brand may be different, if *Lipton Green label is not available. The same thing I do in the evening. It is after my morning breakfast that I take a really strong cup of Coffee preferably Nescafe, whatever brand is available. My Coffee is really strong with cream and sugar. During winter, after a heavy dinner, I do not mind a small cup of Coffee. Some people add a few spoons of strong liquor to it, but I do not like it, because it spoils the aroma and the taste of Coffee. Once in 1970, during our briefing session, held in a castle near Paris by UNESCO, one Italian colleague said that if he does not take Coffee before going to bed, he does not sleep. The Russian colleague said, it becomes very difficult to get sleep if he takes Coffee. I was asked for my opinion, and I said, Coffee has never stood in my way of getting sleep. It helps me to read and write, and when I get tired, I get sleep. Moreover, every human being has a sleep cycle, which is in no way broken by either Tea or Coffee.
