The owner GTO is like an autocratic ruler. Most of the other moderators are very good. Every morning, the ruler wakes up & checks out who to ban, who to give infractions to. You need to constantly fawn about the site - saying it’s the best site in the world all the time, to be on his good side.

The good content on the site is because of a lot of knowledgeable who joined when the site was new and less autocratic. If these senior guys had joined today, most of them would have probably been banned or something.
And jokes on Fiat are not tolerated - you can joke about any other car company, but Fiat is the favourite of most of the moderators, so you need to say good stuff about Fiat all the time.
Quite a few senior guys are in the car & accessories business. So a lot of "common wisdom" on the site is slanted towards spending a lot of money on your car - buying expensive accessories, music systems, frequent oil changes, tyre changes etc.
There is a subsection called "Shifting Gears" for off-topic conversation(conversation not about automobiles). The topics in this subsection typically go like

One way to be popular in this website is never to refer to your car as a car. i.e you don’t say "my Swift", you should instead keep a name like "Black Mamba", "Dark Angel", "Red Rooster", "White Demon" etc. You should then write about your "Black Mamba" or "Red Rooster" as if it’s your girlfriend. This will keep everyone happy and you will not get infractions etc.
