Hoping to get to work on multinational platform I joined Tech Mahindra even if they asked me to sign two years bond for which they promised me will give advanced training. After joining I came across below things
provided only basic training for skills which I already had and so only they selected me.
For Advanced training they only took our signatures and showed these fakes training to management.
Irrespective of my skills and my career expectations they put me in testing.
After multiple requests also not given development activity.
No proper food facility.
I got annual hike of 1.8% and in the next year people dint receive hike at all.
