I was in Tech M Pune for 4 years...its really one of worst company..which follows very unethical practices..do salary checks...mostly calculated wrongly...very inefficient Hr and managers...the managers who r there from ages are with no skills... favoritism... group ism...bad work culture...politics...not employee friendly.
Thi defines tech m...don’t join this company....it leaves a bad impression in ur resume....be patient and search better company than tech M....in my carrier of 9 yrs...this was the worst experience ever....
