Tech Mahindra is Waste in selection process

There are mainly three to four rounds in recruitment of tech Mahindra.Written is toughest round which consists of aptitude, reasoning and verbal ability which divides into seven sections which has sectional cut off.


If the written test is qualified, candidate will be short listed for second round i.e. PPDT(picture perception and discussion test) .This test is the waste test, we don’t know the selection process of the test .He will not tell the reason of failure of this test.He was not checking the grammar mistakes, story, order of sentences.He was taking un suitable candidates into his company and failing the suitable candidates.


The next rounds are technical and human resources round.The technical round is also waste round.He will take all candidates without knowing their technical capabilities.So. carrier growth is less due to taking unsuitable candidates and making them to work in different stream in which they are strong.Even though candidate is selected, he is not getting call letter fast.By this candidate is getting waste of nearly six months and also they are again testing the candidates by several tests.By this job security is very less for the candidate.
