I was an employee of this organization for the last 45 day the company has told us that there will be an 30 day trainning but in our case the trainning was extened with more 15 days to get on the floor you have to clear all the exam like the internal an the external one both in our case in the internal there was no issue but they company find lot of issue and finally today we all got rejected from the process( there is no issue of the rejection) total 30 people got rejected there is no proper trainning session given to us .
There is no proper managment all thing a totally wrong . so if anyone want to join in this company I will suggest you not to go for tech mahindra thay will just wast your time, money every thing at the end they will tell u tata bye bye .
