My experience with TechMahindra, which by rating considers them selves as one of the best, is actually one of the worst ever!
Most of the people whom I have known over a wide variety of domains are self centric and regionally biased because of which there would never be any work life balance or any growth in terms of anything that one would like to grow in by being a part of an IT organisation.
It is a good place for people who would like to become experts in MS Excel rather than in Technology. It is also good for people from the same native place as the company is.
My serious advice: Remain unemployed, but don’t join TechMahindra!
