In my 16+ years of career, I found TechM as a one of the worst company. Where there is no value of your real talent or work but if you are in couple of internal politics group then you can survive. Doesn’t matter how good or bad you are at work. This company is not for those who want to learn and grow but very suitable for one who knows how to speak the language of politics.
If anybody calls it a corporate then he/she must be abusing the meaning of corporate.
