I think working for any company the one thing that any employee looks for is job satisfaction and respect and when it comes to disastrous job ethics, tech mahindra stands out in that.
I joined the company in 2015 June and worked for almost a year and then resigned in july 2016 .
The profile offered at the campuses and the work finally designated at the job is poles apart.
I was given Software developer profile and when I joined I was made to do black box testing upon enquiring the hr said none of the projects right now has vacancy for a developer so you have to learn the testing modules and then in case the vacancy occurs you can be alloted a project.
I worked since I had no option left but even after 10 months of stupid work there was no communication from hr .
Also leave about the work, the basic job necessities like cab for women during night shifts etc are also deducted from the salary.
Even the hr treats entry level software associates so badly that most of them are frustrated.
I finally resigned from the company and joined another company.
I would recommend everyone not to join this company where employees are so I’ll treated .
Infact 4 of my friends too resigned .
Overall a pathetic company to work for .
